We did not have much information about Peter Malinski's kiting career but we knew that he was a friend and mentor of Jørgen Møller Hansen. The Kitelines articles and the Wolfgang Schimmelpfennig book give a clear indication of the level of Peter's kite making activity.
We were asked to look after the two kites by Peter that Jørgen owned and then offered some other kites from a collection in Hamburg. We are restoring these kites as necessary and will fly them alongside Jørgen's kites.
