Leominster and Hereford Kite Festival, Berrington Hall 2024

Light winds were forecast for the weekend so we anticipated flying the Jørgen Møller Hansen 3m Rokkakus.

Cervia 20th April - 1st May 2024

Monday 29th April 2024.

Low wind conditions prevailed for part of the afternoon so it was a 'triumph' in the sense that these kites were 'rock steady' at the top of the window on 60-70m lines.

Saturday morning and a good light wind flight on the light line reel.

at Cervia 2022 on 28th April.

This was flown with the new lightweight frame but on 6mm polyester line which was much heavier than needed. The kite was very buoyant and was flying alongside some contemporary light wind kites.

Blackheath 10th April 2022

The weather forecast had indicated 4-6mph which is what I measured on the field today. Perfect conditions to test tethered flight using spectra line and the shock absorbing multi bungee set-up.
